During booking and consultation, MyAstrology collects your name, gender, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth and phone number. This information is used to calculate your horoscope accurately. Clear photographs of both palms are collected via WhatsApp for palmistry analysis. You are not required to provide personal information simply to browse the website.
When you visit myastrology.in, MyAstrology and third-party service providers may collect information about your browsing activity including IP address, browser type, screen resolution, pages visited and time spent on site. This data is used in aggregate to improve site performance and user experience and is not used to personally identify individual visitors.
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand visitor behaviour. This data is anonymised and does not personally identify you. You may opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
We collect information necessary to complete the services provided through our booking forms. We guarantee strict confidentiality of our members' identities, birth details and predictions. MyAstrology will not use any information contained in the predictions for any purpose other than delivering the booked service to the member.
We do not collect or store any payment information (card numbers, CVV, UPI credentials or banking passwords) on our servers. All payments are processed securely by Razorpay, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway licensed by the Reserve Bank of India. A payment receipt including the Payment ID is sent to the customer via WhatsApp as confirmation.
Information shared via WhatsApp — including palm photographs, birth details and floor plans for Vastu consultations — is used solely to deliver the requested service. This information is not shared with any third party. Phone and video consultations are not recorded.
Any information received via email or other communication channels relating to specific services is used only to address your specific needs and is not added to any member profile or shared externally.
We do not collect payment information on our website. All payment data is handled by Razorpay using industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS). We follow reasonable technical and procedural measures to protect the personal information you provide against unauthorised access, use or disclosure.
