1. Acceptance of Terms

MyAstrology services ("MyAstrology", "myastrology.in", "we" or "us") are offered to you conditioned on your acceptance of, and compliance with, the terms and conditions set forth herein ("Terms of Use").

By accessing or using myastrology.in services, you ("you" or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms of Use may be revised at any time by myastrology.in at our discretion by posting the revised terms on our website. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Description of Services

Myastrology.in provides astrological content, reports, data, telephone and WhatsApp consultation ("Content") via the internet and electronic communication. All consultations are conducted exclusively in Bengali and Hindi.

The value of services and items offered on myastrology.in ranges from Rs. 300 to Rs. 5,000, determined by the astrologer according to the client's requirements. Prices may vary according to the nature of the service, day, time or other criteria at the astrologer's discretion.

3. Service Eligibility

The services are only available to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. The services are not available to minors (persons under the age of 18 in most jurisdictions). Bookings on behalf of a minor must be made by a parent or legal guardian.

Myastrology.in does not permit use of the services by residents of any jurisdiction where our services or access to them are prohibited by law, regulation, treaty or administrative act.

4. Changes to Services

Any service, product or pricing listed on the myastrology.in website may change at any time at our discretion, without liability to you or any third party. The price displayed at the time of payment shall be final and binding.

5. Privacy Policy

Privacy is very important to us. Our Privacy Policy is available on the website and is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time in accordance with these terms.

6. Return & Cancellation Policy — Services

• No refund will be given if the information provided by the customer is incorrect. However, if the customer contacts us within one hour of ordering the service, we will consider corrections.
• Once the service has been delivered, no refund will be given.
• All eligible refund requests will be processed within seven business days from the date of receipt, subject to bank and Razorpay payment gateway processing times.
• In case of accidental double payment against a single order, a full refund will be given.
• All refunds will be made after deducting transaction charges levied by the bank or Razorpay payment gateway, or any other charges borne by myastrology.in during processing or service delivery, as applicable.

7. Return & Cancellation Policy — Products

All printable products, including MyAstrology Brihat Horoscope, Janam Kundli and Palm Reading reports, are non-refundable once delivered.

If a customer receives a product in a damaged, defective or broken condition, they may apply for a replacement by contacting prodyutacharya7@gmail.com or WhatsApp within two working days of delivery. Disputes registered after two days from the date of delivery cannot be accepted.

• All products must be returned in their original condition, including any bills and labels.
• Customers must send photographs of the damaged/defective/broken product via WhatsApp or email within 2 days of delivery.
• In case of accidental double payment against a single order, a refund will be given.
• Refunds will be made after deducting transaction charges, shipping or courier charges (inbound and outbound), customs duty and any other charges borne by myastrology.in, as determined by the bank or Razorpay payment gateway.

8. Price, Shipping & Delivery Policy

Price Policy

The value of services and items offered on myastrology.in may be estimated. Service prices range from Rs. 300 to Rs. 5,000, determined by the astrologer according to client demand. Product prices are determined by quality and weight. Prices may vary according to astrologer selection, day of service, time, month or any other criteria determined at the astrologer's discretion.

GST and Other Taxes

The price paid by the customer includes Goods and Services Tax (GST) and/or any other applicable tax as determined by law, unless otherwise specified on the platform. For receipt queries, please contact prodyutacharya7@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp +91 93331 22768.

Shipping & Delivery Policy — Products

MyAstrology will only supply physical products within India. International buyers will only be offered consultation services; no physical products will be shipped internationally. For domestic buyers, goods are delivered by Speed Post and typically take 4 to 7 working days anywhere in India. In some cases delivery may take 10 to 20 days. Myastrology.in will not be responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

If a product is damaged by the courier company, the customer will not be held responsible — myastrology.in will take full responsibility for replacement.

We use Razorpay as our payment gateway. All major credit cards, debit cards and UPI are accepted. Razorpay is not responsible for any loss of order in transit to the buyer.

General Return & Refund Policy

Myastrology.in has no return policy on transactions once they reach the "processing" stage. Members are requested to take due care when ordering reports and services. Refund requests citing incorrect data provided by the customer will not be accepted — please double-check all information before submitting.

9. Member Conduct & Legal Compliance

Your right to use the services is personal and non-transferable. You agree to:

• Comply with all applicable Indian laws relating to transmission of technical data exported from India through our services.
• Not use our website or services for any illegal purpose.
• Not interfere with or disrupt networks connected to myastrology.in.
• Comply with all applicable regulations, policies and procedures of networks connected to our website.
• Not use myastrology.in for chain letters, junk mail, spamming or unsolicited distribution lists.
• Not post or transmit any illegal, harassing, defamatory, threatening, harmful, obscene or otherwise offensive material.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to other computer systems or interfere with any other user's use of our services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

You understand and agree that:

• Services are provided "as is" and myastrology.in assumes no liability for availability, timeliness, deletion, incorrect delivery or failure to store any member communications or personalisation settings.
• If a service is not received within 15 days after payment, myastrology.in is not obligated to re-perform the service; in such cases you may be required to re-submit your information.
• Your use of the services is entirely at your own risk.
• The services are provided for the purpose of personal guidance and spiritual insight. Myastrology.in, on behalf of itself and its service providers, disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of results, or uninterrupted service.
• Astrological consultations are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial or psychological advice. No decision should be made solely on the basis of an astrological consultation.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall myastrology.in or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website, services or these Terms of Use, however caused and whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise.

Specifically, myastrology.in will not be liable for:

• Any decisions or actions taken based on astrological consultation or predictions.
• Inability to use or access the services.
• Any goods or services purchased or received through myastrology.in.
• Any messages received or transactions entered into through our services.
• Actions or inactions of third-party service providers including Razorpay, WhatsApp and courier companies.

In any case, myastrology.in's maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

12. Purchase Process — End to End

To purchase any service or product on www.myastrology.in: the user selects a service from the page and clicks the "Book Now" or "Order Now" button. On the payment page, the user provides their name and mobile number. Payment must be completed to confirm the order. The user will be informed of order details and payment receipt via WhatsApp and SMS.

Shipping charges (where applicable) are based on product weight. For multiple products ordered together, the system adds the total weight and applies a single delivery charge.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ranaghat, Nadia, West Bengal, India.

We will always attempt to resolve disputes amicably in the first instance. Please contact us via WhatsApp or email and we will respond within 48 hours. For consumer grievances, you may also contact the National Consumer Helpline (1800-11-4000).
